Accessing Your Account

Get step-by-step instructions for accessing your account and dashboard.

How to log in from desktop or mobile

Whether you’re on your computer or phone, logging into B Better is quick and simple.

From desktop:

  1. Go to: https://bbettermembership.com/user-login
  2. Enter your username or email address.
  3. Enter your password.
  4. Click Log In — and you’re in!

From mobile (using the app):

  1. If you haven’t already, download the B Better app:
  2. Open the app and log in using your username/email and password.
  3. You’ll land directly inside your member dashboard, with access to lessons, replays, tools, and community features on the go.

The app makes it easy to stay connected to B Better anytime, anywhere.

How to reset your password

Forgot your password? No worries — here’s how to reset it in just a few steps:

  1. Go to the login page.
  2. Click on “Reset Password” [Insert screenshot of Reset Password button].
  3. Enter your username or email address.
  4. Click “Request Reset Link.”
  5. Check your inbox for the password reset email.
  6. Open the email and click the link inside that says “Click here.”
  7. Create your new password and save it.
  8. Return to the login page and sign in with your new password.

If the reset email doesn’t show up within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder just in case.

Navigating your homepage

Once you log in, your home page is your personal dashboard — designed to help you access everything quickly and easily. Here’s what you’ll find:

  • Upgrade options at the top of the page.
  • Ask a Question button — takes you directly to the community.
  • Announcements tab — stay updated with daily posts.
  • Email support button — click to reach out to our team.
  • Forums — categorized areas of the community.
  • Latest community posts — see what members are sharing right now.
  • Activity feed — view recent updates from the platform.
  • Pick Up Where You Left Off — resume courses easily.
  • Latest Deals & Discounts — discover updated offers.
  • Latest resources — access expert session replays and tools.
  • Upcoming events — easily register for live calls.

Your homepage is designed to keep everything you need front and center.

How to Ask a Question

Overview

Learn how to post questions in the private community and get expert answers.

Where to post your questions

You can ask questions and get real answers from functional practitioners right inside the B Better community.

To post a question:

  1. Go to the “Ask & Engage” tab, then click “Ask a Question.”
  2. From Desktop/Web:
    • Click the green “New Discussion” button.
    • A pop-up will appear — add a title, write your question, and upload any images or links if needed.
    • Click “Post” — and that’s it!
  3. From the B Better App:
    • Tap the three green dots in the top right corner.
    • Select “+ Create Discussion.”
    • Write your message, add images or links, then tap “Post.”

You can also browse other members’ questions, comment, or join conversations anytime.

Who answers them

Your questions are answered by our trusted B Better practitioner team — a group of trained functional experts ready to support your journey.

How soon you’ll get a reply

You’ll typically receive a response within 24 hours — often even faster.

We prioritize your questions, especially when you’re dealing with symptoms.

How to Join a Live Session

Where to find the event schedule

If you’re a member:

On Desktop:

  1. Go to the “Ask & Engage” tab inside the platform.
  2. Click on “Live Events” to see the full schedule of upcoming calls.

On Mobile (B Better App):

  1. Tap the “More” menu in the bottom right corner.
  2. Select “Live Events” to view the full calendar.

How to join live sessions

Joining is easy — here’s how:

  1. If you’re a member, attend any live session:
    • Head to the “Live Events” section.
    • Click the event you want to attend.
    • Then click “Join Session.”
  2. If you’re not yet a member, you can join Guest Expert Calls:
    • Register on the How It Works page.
    • Fill out the RSVP form.

How to watch replays

If you’re a member, head to the Learn section for replays:

  • Handouts: Go to the Learn section → Browse by topic.
  • Protocols: Found in the Take Action section.
  • Discounts: Also in the Take Action section.

Your privacy is respected at B Better:

  • First and last name: Always private.
  • Display name: What other members see.
  • Other profile details: Most sections are private by default.

  2. Once logged in, you’ll land on the Home page.
  3. Click the button that matches the plan you want to upgrade to.

Billing changes to expect

Here’s what to expect when upgrading your plan:

  • Starter Plan: $49/month.
  • Full-Access Monthly: $99/month.
  • Full-Access Yearly: $49/month (billed annually at $588).

If you switch from monthly to yearly, you’ll save nearly 50% over time.
