Restricted diet- Snack and meal ideas please!
Good morning,
I’m currently following a restrictive diet- low FODMAP, low histamine, gluten-free, and dairy-free and it’s starting to feel really overwhelming to plan meals and snacks that fit all these requirements.
I would love any recommendations for easy snacks, meals or tips and tricks to make this easier would be so appreciated!

Is it OK to freeze tofu once cooked as scrambled egg. I wanted to try something as an alternative to white meat.
Secondly, is it high in histamine? I can’t find it listed on the SIGHI list

Have you come across high spike protein cases? Late last year, my blood test showed I had high spike protein (see attached) which I thought was also called long covid. Am I right in thinking long covid and high spike protein is not the same thing?
