    Colloidal Silver as a Supplement

    Hi Bernadette & Daniel,

I noticed that in the sore throat guide, it was recommended to take colloidal silver spray as a treatment since it is well-tolerated.

I was doing more research into it after purchasing it, especially since the Sovereign Silver brand claimed that Health Canada considers it an essential mineral and thus, it should be…

      Saccharomyces Boulardii

      Hi B. and Daniel,

What is the best time to take this probiotic?

If it needs to be taken on an empty stomach, I don’t think I will be able to tolerate it. Can I take it with food at any time of the day, or is it only recommended to be taken at night?

      I’m not sure about this.

      Thank you
