Hi there. My 4 year old started having the sniffles two days ago so I started him on the IAG.
I give my kids approximately half the adult dose which I’ve shared in the new “Protocols” section here.
I don’t take or give them to my kids preventatively; only once I feel an illness coming on.
If a cough has developed, I make the flaxseed cough remedy (also in Protocols here).

Hi – I’m not a fan of the commercial produce washes. The main reason being that studies have shown that good old vinegar or baking soda can be even more effective than many of these commercial varieties. I don’t have the studies saved, but remember doing the research and coming across a few that came to that conclusion.

if your daughter is having recurring episodes of ulcers/canker sores, food sensitivities if often the root cause which can reflect an inflammatory response in the mouth.
