here’s an easy recipe I found online. Just leave out the sugar to make it unsweetened peach ice tea.
And if you’re going to use tea bags, I suggest you look at my post here to select a brand that doesn’t use plastic (swipe the carousel to see the different brands).

– is it a ferrous sulfate form that you’re taking? It is the most common, but also a constipating form.

generally yes, but as always, the best way to know what’s best for your unique needs is to test both iodine, selenium and thyroid antibodies. I share how to test for iodine here.
