Just wanted to express just how much I loved connecting with all of you who showed up on the call yesterday for our very first online meet-up.

Connection and community really are everything!

Looking forward to our next one in 2 weeks… and as we agreed, the theme will be perimenopause, which can begin as early as 35 for some women. Feel free to come and share your experiences, what’s worked, what hasn’t, and what you wish you’d known for those who aren’t there yet.

And yes, men are absolutely welcome too… understanding what the women in your life may be going through during this season matters more than we often realize.
