@R-S were you able to make it? If so, how was it?

@Bernadette_Abraham Although it was at 3am, I did attend 😊

I regularly try to watch their Monday weekly lives, and much of the advice felt familiar, but this session went a bit deeper on correct order and pacing, which brought up some questions.
They emphasized starting with nervous system regulation first (which I’ve been focusing on the most these past few months), then very gently layering supports, noting that adding variables, even helpful ones, can overwhelm a highly sensitive system. That really resonated and made me feel seen and reinforced that I likely need to introduce even half (or less) of suggested amounts, even when feeling okay.
It also made me reflect on whether, after nervous system work and feeling calmer, I may have added too many variables too quickly, without fully understanding when “detox pathways” and “opening drainage support” should come first and also making sure that there is consistent mast cell/histamine stabilizing supports. They also highlighted resolving motility issues. I realized I don’t fully understand what these steps mean practically for someone like me, or how (or if) to support them, especially given the emphasis on moving slowly and using micro-dosing.
Hearing all of this left me feeling unsure about how to apply it correctly rather than fully clear. It also made me realize I likely have missing variables in my approach, I’m now unsure which ones or how to address them. I’d really appreciate your thoughts on how best to orient myself with all of this, it’s been such an overwhelming journey.

@R-S – glad you felt seen. You’re actually doing everything right. Motility issues refers to what we’ve been saying as well. Constipation needs to be resolved even if it’s with rapid relief measures such as magnesium citrate.

Imagine a clogged toilet. We all know what happens if we try to flush a clogged toilet before using a plunger to unplug it. Same with the body. We must open up detox pathways first and foremost – even if we have to use rapid relief tools, while working on deeper issues.

You’re on the right path. And your assessment of too much too fast is also spot on. Just keep chipping away slowly. You’ll get over this hump.
