⚡ A Simple Bedroom Tip to Cut Down EMFs
I want to share a quick tip about reducing electrical fields in your bedroom, because that’s your sanctuary. It’s where your body rests and recovers, and the last thing you want is electromagnetic fields disrupting your sleep.
Using my tri-meter, I showed how the plug right next to my bed was creating very high electrical fields. But the moment I switched the outlet off, the levels dropped immediately. If you live somewhere (like the UAE) where you can easily switch plugs on and off, do it! And if not, you can buy simple plug adapters with switches to achieve the same result.
But that’s not all — here are a few other ways to reduce exposure at night:
👉 Stay at least 1 foot away from outlets — including your bed.
👉 Have an electrician check and ground your plugs if needed.
👉 Consider tools like Greenwave dirty electricity filters and meters to clean up hidden electrical fields. These steps might not sound glamorous, but they really work — and they can make a huge difference in your sleep quality, mood, and long-term health.
💡 Try making just one of these changes tonight and see how you feel!
And if you want to dive deeper, don’t forget you have access to the full session with Nick Pineault: “The Invisible Threat: EMF’s Hidden Dangers and How to Protect Your Family.” Nick shared practical tips to reduce exposure in everyday life, plus guidance on how EMFs may be affecting your sleep, mood, and energy, and what you can do to protect yourself and your loved ones.
