• You made your kefir… now what? 👀

In Part 1, we talked about how to make kefir — and now it’s time for the fun part: how to actually use it! 🙌🏻

Once your kefir is fermented, just pour it through a plastic strainer to separate the grains from the liquid. The grains (they look like little cauliflower florets!) can be reused right away for your next batch.

Now for the good stuff — here’s how we use kefir in our house:

🥤 Drink it straight – It’s tangy, creamy, and slightly fizzy when fermented longer.
🍓 Blend into smoothies – I love adding frozen bananas, mixed berries, and strawberries.
🍦 Make popsicles – A great way to use up ripe fruit and get kids excited about probiotics!
🐶 Even the dogs get some – Just a spoonful on top of their food helps support digestion and immunity.

Kefir is incredibly versatile and a simple way to boost your gut health, for the whole family! 💚
