With a lot of upcoming work travel (long haul flights) over short time frames; I would like to know what I can consider to help my body. I try and drink lots of fluids with electrolytes..anything else? Thanks

3. On flights, you might also want to consider fasting or sticking to vegetarian options to ease digestive burden. And I always pack a bag of Epsom salt to take a bath when I arrive to help soak up cosmic radiation after flights.
