I had a look at the protocol – I found Thorne CalMag and vitamin C but the magnesium is citrate not glycinate. Would you recommend I give her this as its powder form and easier to take. @adoobeh99 – depending on the use, the dosages vary.
For gallbladder congestion support, the general recommended dosage for taurine is 1000-2000mg per day (sometimes up to 3000mg/day in divided doses). It’s best taken on an empty stomach so at least 30 minutes before meals or 2+ hours after a meal.

Hi @adoobeh99 it really depends on how progressed a case is. I always prefer a low-and-slow approach with my clients if we have time to work on their issues.
