      Hi Mrs. B and Daniel – I just notice that I have a huge box of slippery elm tablets from solaray that I completely forgot and I see that it expired in Aug 2025. Now that we are in September is it worth taking the risk and using them? Or should I have to just toss them out?

      ALP has elevated drastically

      Hi B.

      Mum’s in A&E. She’s been having abdominal pain for sometime and this morning for the first time she was pointing to the right hand side.
