There’s a company in Ireland called FoodMarble that makes a handheld device called AIRE 2. It measures breath hydrogen and methane gases, which are commonly linked to fermentation in the gut, and can help you explore how your body responds to certain foods, including common FODMAPs like fructose, lactose, inulin, and sorbitol.
You simply blow into the AIRE 2 and your results sync to the app via Bluetooth, where you can track patterns and changes over time.
