• What’s Really Driving High Blood Pressure?

If you have high blood pressure, there may be deeper root causes your doctor never mentioned. In today’s clip, we cover two big ones:

      1. High Homocysteine
When homocysteine rises, it can damage and stiffen blood vessels. This often happens due to low B vitamins, poor methylation, stress or inflammation.
What to do: Test your homocysteine levels and increase B-rich foods or consider a methylated B-complex.

      2. Chronic Inflammation
Inflammation makes blood vessels less flexible, raising blood pressure. Processed foods, sugar, seed oils, gut issues and low omega 3s all play a role.
What to do: Check CRP levels, increase omega 3s, and add more antioxidant-rich foods to support healthy blood vessels.
