It’s very difficult to describe. It’s something else and not acid reflux.

I have to have slippery elm, marshmallow root and DGL mixed in water before and after food to calm the stomach. My stomach feels as if it stops in it’s track. It can’t tolerate warmhot temperature foods whether it’s blended or super soft as well. Lower abdominal cramps are intolerable.

I forgot about ANF. I’ll look for a practitioner here.

Thank you so much for your response. I’ve tried visceral therapy massage since late 2021. There has been no change.

I think the leaky gut worsening and histamine intolerance has caused a lot of problems.

I am also using an iqoro device. Check out iqoro.com.

The mediator test isn’t available in the UK, but it is in Poland. I have sent them an email.

I was wondering what I could do to reduce inflammation apart from the usual supplements.

Is the qpcr test which they say an ERMI TEST.

I notice these companies also do remediation. Is this not OK as you mention it’s best to have the work done by somebody else.
