I’ll just sauté it and simmer in a little water to soften it. I’ll have it with courgettes, carrots and pak choi and turnips. Just like a stir fry.

Thanks for the tip about the abdominal pain. I already have it on a daily basis, so will be careful. I only bought one piece.

You can also get bitter gourd juice which is used to control blood sugar level in diabetic patients.

, Oh. I didn’t know it had a laxative effect. It’s very popular in the far east and South East Asia.

Mum use to make it as a curry. The inside flesh would either made with lamb mince meat or lamb meat. The outer rough skin would even be made with only mince meat.

This time round, I’m not going to have the skin and only the flesh.

It’s extremely bitter. To remove some of the bitterness, mum would run table salt in it after peeling and cutting it for two hours.

I haven’t had it yet. I’ll take pics to show the inside and once prepared.

Quercetin supplements can help inhibit histamine from the immune system and help the gut lining (2x 500 mg daily is what I advise my clients often to start with).

Based on the above response a while back from your good self, I’d like to take this. Please can you recommend a brand. I notice it’s sold with vitamin C or Bromelain.

I am already taking Magnesium Ascorbate from Biocare; Vitamin C Powder- http://www.biocare.co.uk and not sure about Bromelain might irritate my stomach.

The Botox injection and the balloon dilation of the pylorus can lost for a month to a year. Similar to steroid injections in the joints. Unfortunately, it’s a temporary solution. It’s been five months. I didn’t notice much of a change, maybe with what else is going on with my gut. Now it feels a lot worse. It could be gastroparesis has returned. Unfortunately, I can’t keep having myself exposed to have these injections as the upper gastroscopy is an invasive procedure. Hopefully, the osteopath may help.

Please remind me how to take it?

, meeting Geoffrey on April 27th for ANF therapy.

, Geoffrey happens to be an osteopath as well. I hope he can address my hiatal hernia as well. In his form which I ‘m competing, it’ s been ASKED whether I have a HH. In the UK, not many practioners can release it. A lot of Chiropractors can do it in the US.

On a separate note, I was going to this place for visceral therapy for the past couple of years or so.

    Hi B.,

I don’t follow a keto diet or eat large amounts of fat unless coconut oil is the cause which I use (1/2 to 3/4 tbsp) for sautéing vegetables or add 1/2 tsp to millet porridge. I don’t use any other oil. I’m not diabetic. The only thing is my cholesterol is high due to possible bile sluggishness.
    1.  Should I refrain from starting carnitine?
    2. Should I start taking Thorne’s B Complex #6. I am currently taking the following B Complex B Complex Liquid | Metabolics
    3. I’ve started taking Magnesium Glycinate by Pure Encapsulations
    4. Awaiting Swanson D-limonene

I ordered the D-Limonene yesterday after checking the Swanson European website. Not sure why I didn’t receive a notification that it’s back in stock.

Also been in touch with Geoffrey Montague Smith, who happens to be both an osteopath and ANF therapist. He’s the nearest to me. Other clinics are too far.

    https://atmanclinic.co.uk/home-2/the-team/geoffrey-montague-smith/

Only thing is he will not carry out ANF therapy until he does other tests like sound healing, something similar to bioresonance and EAV testing. He mentioned other types of tests too like meridian lines. He left a voice note response following my initial voice note message via WhatsApp.
