    Sound advise buddy. Thank you.

FYI. I had my video capsule endoscopy last week. Next Tuesday, I will be undergoing a 96 hours bravo test. As of today, I have been asked to stop femotidine and and will have to until 19th May. This is a tough test.

    Good evening Daniel,

As gastromend mentions to have four capsules daily. Could I have 4 mastic gums daily as I have allergy research group mastic gum capsules?

Thank you for the guidance. I’ll try to find a liquid version. I notice there is a liquid version by quick silver. It’s a pump mechanism.

I wanted to try TTFD to see if it helps with Gastroperisis. Regarding Folate, I’m not taking a separate folate. Just the B complex liquid.

The folate in in B complex liquid is 400ug. Is this sufficient?

    Good evening Daniel,

It irritated my stomach. Also, felt slight heart burn.

It could be the ascorbic acid or even zinc l carnosine. I know I can’t tolerate zinc l carnosine on it’s own and have to take it with food.

Good morning Daniel, I’ve ordered the Thianix. Do you have personal experience with clients with this brand. I did come across a cream, but it was in the US.

Should I continue with the liquid version of B complex by metabolics?

Hi Daniel, could I take TTFD and the B complex to keep things in balance. Also, wanted to know whether there is any correlation between different minerals and Thiamin. For example, zinc needs to balance with copper and vice versa.

Thiamix, what dosage should I take please?

Mum has diabetic neurapthy. I could get her to try TTFD. I just looked at the vitamin patch I take and it contains Thiamin mononitrate.

Thank you Daniel. My other concern was histamine intolerance when taking this supplement due to the seaweed. I think I may not be able to take it, but will still check with the manufacturer with the warning.

    Hi Daniel,

She’s been taking Magnesium Glycinate for her cramps and anxiety.

For constipation, she takes both Laxido (prescribed by her GP) and prunes.
This is Laxido; Laxido Orange 20 – ExpressChemist.co.uk – Buy Online.

She’s not tried Magnesium Citrate. Can she take both Magnesium Glycinate and Citrate? How many scoops of the Citrate and when please?

Water – Due to renal function being 26, and the swelling, heart failure team have restricted her water intake to 1.5l.

The medication on the three white slips are mum’s current medications.

Thank you for the above healthy recommendations. I’ll get her to try and B. get her to watch the videos. Walking is a big challenge.

Unfortunately, her mobility is very limited due to the pain and relies on a zimmer frame or tri wheel walker
