Hi Bahreh,
I use the LifePro Waver Mini Oscillation Vibration Plate but prepare each of the lymph nodes before using it. It helps, but need to be consistent.

Thank you B for the alternative product.

Thanks B. <div>

Hi B,
Thank you so much for your detailed reply. I really appreciate it.
I had a very difficult night with a lot of throbbing and burning pain. I’m used a cold pack last night as you recommended as well and I’m seeing the nurse at my local GP surgery as well today at midday.
At A&E hospital, only my left leg was dressed, the right wasn’t, which I didn’t realise at the time, so I’ll raise this with the nurse today in my GP surgery. Luckily, I have a portable red light therapy device which I usually use for the abdominal pain which I’ll use on my legs too. I’ll visit the chemist today for arnica cream; if no dressing is applied, I may try it topically (or ask about tablets, though my stomach is very sensitive).
Thank you as well for the PDF on eating hygiene, just wanted to check that this was the correct attachment. I’m still really struggling with protein due to severe heartburn and gastroparesis; even blended chicken causes significant discomfort into chicken vegetable soup which I have daily.
Any recommendatiin on the vitamin C which is easy on the stomach. I’ve tried seeking health liposomal liquid version, but I get a burning sensation.
Thanks again for your support.

Hi B,
Thank you very much for your response. I wanted to ask, would it be okay to open up the SB capsule and sprinkle the contents into a glass of water before drinking it or into my food before taking it?
I also looked at what Dr. Crista mentioned just now , and yes, she recommends avoiding SB and instead suggests taking the Microlabs Megaspore probiotic. It’ll be interesting to see what the Voll machine indicates about the probiotic and other supplements when I meet Geoffrey Montague Smith on October 16th.
I did the A.R.T test last week, and interestingly, most of my supplements came up as a “no,” but SB was actually on the “yes” list. It’s strange how one test can give a positive result for something while another suggests avoiding it, it really adds to the confusion.
That’s part of the challenge for me, with so much going on, it can be hard to know what’s truly right. I’ll try your approach of starting with very small amounts and then my thought not taking it daily, leaving a day or two in between.

Thank you, B.
Tomorrow, I’ll upload the forms I needed to complete before Dr. Lulsegged selected the blood test markers for Lyme and others. He also wants me to have a mitochondrial test, which includes a blood test.
This is the lab that performs both the Lyme and mitochondrial test:

Hi B.
Thank you.
I’ve just started taking SB for two main reasons: first, to help keep H. pylori at bay, and second, to support my secretory IgA. If it also helps with fungal overgrowth, that’s an added bonus, as I wasn’t aware of that. I’m not taking any probiotics right now, so I thought I’d give this a try.
With this mind, I guess I can take it with food?

Hi B.
I was focusing on the supplements and thought another diet to follow. I didn’t think about the factors you mentioned could cause oxalate issue. Thank you.

Meeting Geoffrey on October 16th.

Thank you B. I’ve requested these additional markers.

Hi B.
I completely overlooked that I raised this with you before. Also, I’ve just sent an email to Gregory to check his availability before I explore ART further.

Good morning Daniel,
I started taking K2 since becoming aware of functional medicine in 2019 and reading up in your course. However, I didn’t realise about MK4 and MK7 out there.

Hi Daniel,
Out of curiosity, I was just looking up my last Vitamin D reading. It was from November 2024 – 118.4 nmol/L.
I might be able to get hold of it from

Yes, this is indeed very helpful Daniel. My next question, have you come across a liquid version of Vitamin D K2 MK7. I would like to switch, but can’t find one.

Hi B. & Daniel,
I’m meeting Professor Sooriakumaran on 26th September and will raise both Daniel’s points as well as the findings from my results so far. I may have to undergo an ultrasound scan or MRI in addition to the cystoscopy.
Regarding Famotidine, I’ve never been able to come off the 20mg dose (which I only take at night), despite working with a practitioner in 2024. I also tried micro-dosing with very small amounts of Betaine HCL, but continued to experience heartburn.
At present, I don’t take any antacid in the morning, but I do get severe heartburn when eating protein (e.g., two small chicken breast pieces) with a small amount of vegetables, even when blended. I usually need Gaviscon immediately afterwards.
