Hi B and Daniel,
This evening I had a fall and injured both of my legs just below the knees, directly on the front of the tibia. I was seen in A&E, and the urgent care nurse confirmed I have hematoma. Both legs are swollen, but left more so and at the moment both legs are extremely painful with throbbing and burning sensations. Luckily, no…

Hi B. & Daniel,
A friend of mine has just shared with me that she was diagnosed with fibromyalgia back in September, and she’s really struggling to accept it. She feels chronic stress has played a major role, and emotionally she’s not in the best place right now.
I wanted to ask if there’s anything you could suggest that might help her from a…

Hi B. and Daniel,
What is the best time to take this probiotic?
If it needs to be taken on an empty stomach, I don’t think I will be able to tolerate it. Can I take it with food at any time of the day, or is it only recommended to be taken at night?
I’m not sure about this.
Thank you

Hi B. & Daniel,
I’ve just realised from my OATS test in April 2025 that my results are leaning toward high oxalates. I know food is a big contributor, but I’ve checked my diet carefully, I eat the same foods daily and they’re not high in oxalates. What I’m more concerned about is supplements, since some can be high in oxalates too.
Right now,…

Autonomic Response Testing (A. R. T)
Hi B. & Daniel,
Have you come across Dr. Dietrich Kleindhadrt and his work related autonomic response testing (A. R. T.). I don’t know what to make of it? It’s appears to me like kinesiology.
If you have, has there much of a success rate?
Do you know anybody in the UK?

Blood v Urinary Testosterone Test
Hi B. and Daniel,
The endocrinologist has requested blood tests for the following testosterone markers:
1. Testosterone
2. Free Testosterone
Should I ask him to add SHBG (Sex Hormone-Binding Globulin) and Estradiol? Are there any other testosterone markers we should consider?
Additionally, I came across in formation about urinary testosterone…

Hi B. & Daniel,
I’ve been taking Thorne Vitamin D K2 Mk4 in sublingual liquid form for maybe two years now. I only realised that it wasn’t Mk7. Does it matter and what is the difference?

Hi B,
I watched your post on Instagram about Homocysteine and wanted to share my situation. My Homocysteine used to be quite high (see attached homocysteine historical readings.xls), but after starting Seeking Health B Minus (alongside Folinic acid and B12 injections separately), it’s now dropped below the minimum range (5.41 – see attached blood…

Hi B. & Daniel,
I wanted to ask your thoughts on something that’s been puzzling me.
Back in April, I had an IV iron infusion, but despite that, my iron markers and red blood cell markers haven’t improved. In fact, when repeat blood tests were done in July (by the clinic who gave the infusion) and again in September (by Dr. Lulsegged, who also…
